What you need to do is to stop the negativity to gulp your thoughts. Try to gain control over your thoughts and block negative thoughts from your mind. As mentioned in the above point you need to identify your thoughts and get rid of the unwanted thoughts, the unwanted thoughts are the negative ones.

Thus managing the stress in this pressure is very important. Stress can lead to overthinking too. Whenever you’re feeling too stressed or burned out instead of being hard on yourself close your eyes and relax. Do some fun work, unplug yourself, switch off the phone, go out in nature take some deep breaths. Spend time with your family or friends or just enjoy self-pampering. Try to be calm from within your mind. This takes us back to the previous points for b suggested you for meditation journaling or exercising.

10. Don’t be too hard on yourself

As we already mentioned above controlling your mind is a slow process and will take time. Therefore if you rush into this it won’t work for sure. For example, if you meditate for a week and expect to be the conqueror of the word by controlling your thought process then, you are absolutely wrong. Controlling your mind is all about consistency.

you need to practice the techniques every day to gain control over your mind. if you feel you are being late or it is taking time then give yourself that time. don’t be hard on yourself just to fit with others. Grow on your own. Take your own time and don’t be too hard on yourself.
