Let’s take an example of a boy named Suraj, now, if you know the meaning, you can start like this- “so as you have seen in my CV, my name is Suraj which means sun, and I feel my name reflect my personality as well. 2. General Information
As the general information will be given in the CV only, you don’t need to extend them unnecessarily. There are a lot of candidates waiting for their turn to the interviewers won’t give you time to listen to your already mentioned details, but you can include them while introducing yourself. For example – “so as you have seen in my CV, my name is Suraj which means a sun, and I feel my name reflect my personality as well. At this point we you add the qualities in your introduction. Make sure whatever you say should definitely match with your CV. If you described yourself as a quick learner, problem solver, good leader, you should incorporate them in your intro too.
