A good morning ensures a good and cheerful day ahead. If you wake up angry or grumpy in the morning, you will feel like this all day long.  Many of us have tried to have a productive routine in the morning, but let’s be true, we failed miserably. If you follow the life of successful people, the first thing they do after waking up early in the morning is to invest the early morning time in themselves to have a good day ahead! Therefore, having good morning practice is very important to start a good day. Preparing for a good day is not a rock climbing thing. The small changes you will make in your life will contribute to making your everyday good.

Today we team Zantania is going to discuss with your friends some realistic tips that can help you to build a productive morning routine effortlessly.

1. Wake up early

Practice waking up early in the morning. Waking up late will make you rush throughout your day. You will be late for breakfast, late for work, you will run throughout every work just to finish them on time. This will not be a productive way to start the day at all! Wakely up early in order to avoid rush through the day.

2. Practice manifestation

Do meditation in the morning. Say positive affirmations to yourself and manifest your goal. Tell yourself you are at your best version today. This will allow the flow of positive energy into you. You will feel good and confident about yourself. Manifesting will make you clear about your goal in life. Even if you can’t meditate, stay a few affirmations to yourself and meditate. This will also fill you with positivity.

3.  Do exercise & yoga daily

Morning is the best time to exercise. Jo for a jog or a brisk walk. You can even try out home workouts to burn out some good calories. It will help you stay fit and healthy. Besides, exercising in the morning will help you to release the extra air trapped in your body, making it relaxing and flexible. You will feel energized throughout the day.

4. Stay hydrated

Drink water on an empty stomach in the morning. Your body goes into dehydration after a long period of sleep as you don’t drink any kind of liquid for straight 7 to 8 hours. This will help you to flush out all the toxins from the body and will give your day a good start. Try to stay hydrated throughout the day. Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water. This will also keep you healthy in the long run.

5. Take a shower every morning

This is a very healthy practice to do early in the morning. Have a good shower early in the morning. You can go with either a hot shower or cold shower, whatever you prefer. Both of them have their own benefits. A hot shower helps you to relax the muscles and release stress, while cold showers leave you with a fresh feeling. Don’t forget to brush your teeth, wash your hair, and to clear your stomach as well before bathing. Actually, if you wanna a productive day so you have to be bath daily. because after bath we feel so good and our body too.

6. Wear good clothes

To have a good day, you need to be comfortable throughout the day. Be in clothes that make you feel comfortable. Try to add some bright color to your wardrobe. include designs and patterns. choose a colorful palette. Of course, on days you may be asked to wear monochrome colors, for your job profile. But it is not that bad to break the rule once or twice. go with whatever you like wearing without giving a second thought to what will people say, because who cares what will people say?

7. Get some flowers

get some flowers for yourself. Don’t wait for someone else to buy for you. It’s 21centuary after all. get some fresh and fragrant flowers for your home and add them in the beautiful vase you kept on your table.  Even if you don’t have a vase, keep the flowers in any jar with some water in it. The good smell will make your mood good in no time and will improve your day as well.

8. To-do list

Prepare a to-do list for the day in the morning. This will help you to keep a track of the things you need to do throughout the day. Many times we forgot to complete a particular task that was assigned that day. Or maybe we were supposed to make an important call at a particular time, which gets out of our brain due to other work. Making a to-do list of the day won’t let you miss out on things. You can plan and organize the day accordingly without missing anything.

9. Take positivity

Try to not use the phone or television in the morning otherwise, it makes your day less productive. When we switch on the phone first thing in the morning and start scrolling social media it cultivates negative energy in our body. This is because social media contains different types of news. And when we consume this news in the empty brain, it sticks to our brain throughout the day and surrounds us with negative energy throughout the day, in our body. The same goes for televisions as well. In case you switch on the devices, then listen to some good and cheerful music.  In the morning the environment is pleasant and silent, try to spend some time with yourself. Read books or magazines or you can also enjoy the surroundings silently with a hot cup of tea or coffee whatever you prefer, but don’t use the phone in the morning.  Your emails or important meetings can wait for the rest of the day. Give the best time to yourself at the start of the day.

10. Prepare for the day

After you are done with bathing and yoga and everything, now slowly move forward to prepare for the rest of the day to make it a productive day.  Iron and prepare the dresses you planned to wear and have a protein pack breakfast. Also, don’t skip breakfast in the morning. The morning breakfast is very important as it gives us the fuel for the whole day. Skipping breakfast will make you feel angry,  as it is said a hungry person is an angry person.  Eat a good and rich breakfast and then slowly move towards your work. This will also prevent you from rushing throughout the day as you get a lot of time in the morning to prepare yourself for the rest of the day.
