Everyone wants to change their life for a good cause. And it takes only 21 days to change your life for good. It is not something very impossible to achieve. If you look around there is always someone in the world who grew up in the same place as you and has managed to change their life for the better. But what it exactly takes to change your life is your mentality. One can easily change their life by making small but effective changes in their daily lifestyle. If you start exercising today you will definitely end up with a good body and posture after any year. How long does it take? Only 1 year.

Actually, it took 1 year to show the results, but your life started changing from the first day and this transformation became a habit on the 21st day.  See? It’s not that hard to change your life.

1. Decide To Change Yourself

You are halfway on your journey when you make the decision to change your life. And It is the most difficult part of changing your life. The moment you make the decision that you don’t want the kind of life you are living And want to make a change in it, this is the hardest point for many people. You need to understand your abilities and your weaknesses to make the necessary steps to create the change in your life. The next other thing follows your foremost decision.

2.  Wake Up Early

Practice waking up early in the morning. Waking up late will make you rush throughout your day. You will be late for breakfast, late for work, you will run throughout every work just to finish them on time. This will not be a productive way to start the day at all! Wakely up early in order to avoid rush through the day. eventually waking up early will become your habit and will change your life.

2. Practice Manifestation

Do meditation in the morning. Say positive affirmations to yourself and manifest your goal. Tell yourself you are at your best version today. This will allow the flow of positive energy into you. You will feel good and confident about yourself. Manifesting will make you clear about your goal in life. Even if you can’t meditate, stay a few affirmations to yourself and meditate. This will also fill you with positivity.

3. Do Exercise

Morning is the best time to exercise. Jo for a jog or a brisk walk. You can even try out home workouts to burn out some good calories. It will help you stay fit and healthy. Besides, exercising in the morning will help you to release the extra air trapped in your body, making it relaxing and flexible. You will feel energized throughout the day. Exercising won’t show results in a day or two, but you will get results in the long run. Definitely a step towards changing life.

4. Wear Good Clothes

To have a good day, you need to be comfortable throughout the day. Be in clothes that make you feel comfortable. Try to add some bright color to your wardrobe. include designs and patterns. choose a color palette. Of course, on days you may be asked to wear monochrome colors, for your job profile. But it is not that bad to break the rule once or twice. go with whatever you like wearing without giving a second thought to what will people say, because who cares what will people say?

5. Take Positivity

Try to not use the phone or television in the morning. When we switch on the phone first thing in the morning and start scrolling social media it cultivates negative energy in our body. This is because social media contains different types of news. And when we consume this news in the empty brain, it sticks to our brain throughout the day and surrounds us with negative energy throughout the day, in our body. The same goes for televisions as well. In case you switch on the devices, then listen to some good and cheerful music.  In the morning the environment is pleasant and silent, try to spend some time with yourself. Read books or magazines or you can also enjoy the surroundings silently with a hot cup of tea or coffee whatever you prefer, but don’t use the phone in the morning.  Your emails or important meetings can wait for the rest of the day. Give the best time to yourself at the start of the day.

6. Prepare Yourself For The Day

After you are done with bathing and yoga and everything, now slowly move forward to prepare for the rest of the day.  Iron and prepare the dresses you planned to wear and have a protein pack breakfast. Also, don’t skip breakfast in the morning. The morning breakfast is very important as it gives us the fuel for the whole day. Skipping breakfast will make you feel angry,  as it is said a hungry person is an angry person.  Eat a good and rich breakfast and then slowly move towards your work. This will also prevent you from rushing throughout the day as you get a lot of time in the morning to prepare yourself for the rest of the day.

8. Embrace The Changes In Life

Now that you are out of your comfort zone trying to make a change in life for your betterment, learn to embrace the changes and the discomforts that are coming on the. If you want to change your life for a better cause you need to say a goodbye to your comfort zone and you have to step out of your comfort zone to grow beyond what you are. You have to break the new ground. For example, it will be hard for you to wake up early in the morning on a daily basis but you need to get through this and make it a habit to change your life for the better.

9. Keep Follow Daily Routine On Time

Stick yourself to a daily routine. Keep the routine flexible so that you can make changes according to the plants of your day but try to follow the routine. Routine consists of timely good sleep waking up On time, having timely meals and proper full packed homemade meals, having a good shower quality family time, self-grooming time, etc. Even if you are busy with other plans and work try to maintain the basic routine of your daily life this will help you to be consistent and disciplined and will definitely improve your life for the better.

10. Do Prayer Everyday

Very few people believe in this but prayer plays a great role in changing the quality of your life. Always be humble towards everyone, pray to the almighty for the life you are having, be grateful for everything you have. Thank god for providing you a roof and a two square meal and happy family. Remember the life you are living is a luxury for others. Also, be kind to the people who are not as privileged as you. Help the poor,  help the needy. You will grow as a peta person full of kindness.
