Be clear about your goal, tell them your past experiences, why you applying for this position, and what your future goals are. Keep a connection of your answer with the job description.
3. Why should we hire you?
For this question, make them feel that you are best among all waiting there. Tell them about your qualifications and experiences and how potential you are for this particular role. You can start as ” I possess all the skills and experience you are looking for in an eligible candidate, I am sure I am the best candidate for this job role. Surely I will value to your prestigious organization. “
4. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

The answer to this question depends from person to person. One thing we would suggest is that dont lie. You can add words such as bravery, accuracy, punctual, flexible, decisive, dedicated, determined, disciplined, creative, etc for strengths.
For weakness, you can use words such as emotional, sensitive, shy, impatient, multitasker, procrastination, etc.
5. How do you manage time?
You can answer it by starting like this – I am good at managing my time. I am very punctual I can stay busy and can still find a way to manage my time. Then you can add up a few examples from your personal life. Add phrases like creating a to-do list and making plans to sound more organized and efficient.
6. What is your passion?

Try to answer this question in short and brief. Start with – I am passionate about ……. I really enjoy doing……. in my free time. If they still expect something from you, then you may describe your passion in a line or two. Though can choose any passion as you like, but if you can say something that would be related to the job profile you are applying for, it will be a bonus point. Otherwise, say something that would sound creative.
7. Why do you want a career in this line?
The unique your answer will be, the more your chances will increase to stand out among the 1000 other candidates. You can start with – I want to create a career in my current domain/ in this domain as I find it very interesting and challenging. I won’t learn new things and sharpen my skills in this particular domain……
This can be a good and catchy start.
8. How much salary do you expect?

If you are a fresher and you are asked this question, dont answer in an amount. You can start as – as a fresher, I am not prioritizing the salary at this point. This job will give me a good stage to start my career, I am more keen in learning and growing experience. So I expect a considerable salary according to my ability and position.
In case if you are an experienced, you set a boundary between your preferred salary. For example, if you are expecting to nake 1.2lakhs, you can say that you expect a salary between 1 to 1.5 lakhs.
9. What makes you happy?
This answer is your own. You can start with a good dose of gratitude. You may say that your family or your hobbies make you happy. Or even you can include very random things as an answer in this question. You can show your personal life other than this job and corporate in this answer.
